First Officer Engagement exists for weeks when you’re juggling employer correspondence, medicals, biometrics, document collection, and a moving submission target — all at once, all on a clock. You get a regulated consultant who knows your file, who’s reachable, and who’s structurally incentivized to get you submitted within the window rather than dragging it out. Sessions can be booked back-to-back if that’s your workflow. Additional sessions beyond the package are available at $150 / 30 min.
For anything that doesn’t fit the productized offerings: reconsideration request preparation and submission, complex inadmissibility files, employer compliance reviews, multi-program strategy work, and anything bespoke enough that flat-rate doesn’t make sense.
Some files genuinely require sustained representation, and some applicants prefer to hand off entirely. Representation is offered on a by-referral basis, taken on only when the file is a clear fit for dedicated, project-based work — not squeezed into review windows.
