At SJP Immigration, we are committed to providing exceptional service to a diverse, global clientele. In recognition of the international nature of our services and clientele, we have chosen to price our services in USD (United States Dollars) rather than CAD (Canadian Dollars). There are several reasons for this decision:

Global Currency Recognition: The USD is widely recognized and accepted as the world reserve currency. This makes transactions more straightforward for our international clients, who come from various parts of the world.

Reflective of International Value: Pricing in USD allows us to align our rates more accurately with the global market, ensuring that our services are priced fairly and competitively for an international audience.

Consistency Across Borders: Using USD provides consistency in pricing for all our clients, regardless of their location, simplifying the payment process and providing clarity on service costs.

You can book as many sessions as you think you'll need; however, we usually recommend starting with one session and then booking additional sessions on an as-needed basis. This approach helps manage the workload and ensures each session is productive and focused. While we can sometimes extend sessions on a case-by-case basis depending on availability, we find that spending extended amounts of time in one go on a single application can lead to application fatigue. We prefer three separate 1-hour sessions rather than a single 3-hour session in many cases. Smaller steps are more actionable, and with the transcripts and notes of the conversation, this is possible.

Can my employer be present on the meeting?

Absolutely, and this can be especially useful if your employer is sponsoring you in a PNP or similar. When you book, you have the ability to add up to 10 guests to join the meeting. Whether it's your spouse, your dependents, or your employer, we make it convenient for you.

During the first 1 hour session, it will become clear based upon the progress and preparation you've done on your end, how much time we will need to full review and finalize the application. At that point, you may go ahead and book the required sessions in the future.

Can I reschedule or cancel if something came up?

Once paid, your spot for a review session is secured and it's non-refundable. We will however, work with you to find a time in the future that works for you on a case-by-case basis and credit your payment towards a future time.

Why don't you have standard packages depending on the application type?

We use a time-based billing model to provide flexibility and fairness to our clients. Each application is unique, and the time required for review can vary greatly depending on the specifics of your case. By offering hourly billing, you only pay for the time you need, ensuring cost-effectiveness and personalized attention to your application.

What if I'm not sure what I need to apply for, or what I should prepare?

In that case, you should book a generalized consultation first. This will help you determine which type of application suits you best and what documents and information you need to prepare.

Why should I use a review service over a full-representation service?

Generally, Hawkeye reviews are most suitable for applicants who are capable and would rather self-represent their application, but prefer an expert to guide them on an hourly basis at their own pace. Hawkeye clients may be more hands-on and capable, but want assurance they are not missing anything and their application is complete.

Hawkeye Review Service:

  • Cost-Effective: Pay only for the time you need, making it a more affordable option compared to full representation.
  • Retain Control: Maintain full custody of your application and supporting documents. You have complete ownership and control over your submission to IRCC.
  • Targeted Assistance: Receive detailed scrutiny and personalized feedback specific to your situation, increasing your chances of a successful application.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Book sessions as needed, and extend time during sessions if necessary, based on the RCIC's availability.
  • Transparency: Our time-based billing ensures you know exactly what you are paying for, with no hidden fees.

Traditional Representation Service:

  • Higher Cost: Full representation services typically come at a higher cost due to the comprehensive nature of the service and administrative support.
  • Less Control: The representative takes full control of your application process, which may be less desirable for those who prefer to be more hands-on.
  • Comprehensive Service: Ideal for complex cases where ongoing assistance and representation before IRCC are required.
  • Time-Intensive: Full representation can be more time-consuming as it involves continuous management of your case by the representative.

Choosing the Hawkeye Review Service is ideal for those who are cost-conscious, prefer to retain control of their application, can follow most of the guidance available to them from IRCC, need expert guidance to ensure their application is complete and compelling and want a professional to review their application for completeness. For more complex cases where establishing eligibility is very subjective, such as C10, C11, A77 or other complex applications, or if you prefer someone to manage your application process entirely, traditional representation may be a better fit.
